CNIM-100 Inverted Metallurgical Microscope is intended for detailed examination and micro-analysis of metals and other light reflecting materials. The instrument is widely used in the fields of metallurgy, mineralogy, failure analysis, etc.
CNIM-100 has a wide open operating space in front of the objectives due to its inverted structural design, which allows the inspection of oversized metallurgical and other light reflective specimens.
The microscope is equipped with a variety of accessories for advanced observation techniques.
CNIM-100 can be supplied with a set of accessories for episcopic polarized light observation.
Attachable X-Y stage with tension adjustable handle is available as an optional accessory for CNIM-100 microscope. A variety of different stage inserts and specimen holders can be provided upon request.
